3.1 Age Requirement. 21+ You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Service on judiking. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. judiking reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close an account pending verification.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one judiking account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. judiking reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein without prior notice.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. judiking is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). judiking may at any time require you to complete identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3.5 Jurisdiction. You represent that accessing and using judiking is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is permitted in your location.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your judiking login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your judiking account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to judiking support promptly upon discovery.
4.3 You must notify judiking support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. judiking recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
4.4 judiking is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.1 Deposits. judiking accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Online Bank Transfer. All deposits are credited in MYR. judiking does not charge deposit fees on these methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where reasonably practicable. Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. judiking reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where judiking has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
5.5 Player Funds. Player funds held by judiking are maintained separately from operating funds. However, judiking does not guarantee the return of funds in the event of insolvency beyond what is required by applicable gaming authority obligations.
5.6 Currency. All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in MYR. judiking does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits at this time.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by judiking are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
6.2 judiking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already in the process of being validly wagered by a player.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money balances.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the application of a bonus, judiking's decision is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 below.
7.1 All games on judiking are operated using independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer studios audited under internationally recognised gaming authority standards. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term statistical performance of each game.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to a server failure, connection drop, or software error — that affects the outcome of a game round or the display of a result, judiking reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagered amounts to the relevant players' accounts.
7.3 Players must not use any software, tool, or method that gives them an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to automated betting scripts, game exploits, or collusion.
7.4 judiking reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of unfair play, collusion, or exploitation of a Platform error.
8.1 judiking is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from your account settings.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your judiking account or place wagers. judiking will take reasonable steps to prevent direct marketing communications to self-excluded players.
8.3 Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be shortened at the player's request before the agreed end date. Extensions to self-exclusion periods can be made at any time.
8.4 judiking will not knowingly permit anyone under 21 years of age to use its Services. If we reasonably suspect a player is under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification.

11.1 judiking's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judiking makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
11.2 judiking shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
11.3 judiking's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the relevant event.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
judiking reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of judiking following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to judiking's operating jurisdiction and internationally recognised gaming authority regulations.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from the use of judiking's Services, you should in the first instance contact judiking support via the on-site live chat or by email. judiking will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority under which judiking operates. judiking's decision on matters of game outcomes and technical malfunctions, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final.
